The Easter gymnastics & trampoline day course
Content:
- Gymnastics in the morning / trampoline in the afternoon
- Floor gymnastics on state-of-the-art AirTracks
- Bars, high bar, rings, balance beam and more
- Flick flacks, somersaults, handstands & twists
- Basic jumps and simple somersaults on the trampoline
- Beginners and advanced are welcome!

06-14 years
Group size:
8 participants per trainer
Course time Day course:
All day: 09:00-16:30 incl. lunch
Drop-off and pick-up times (supervision time):
Mornings: 08:00 - 09:00
Lunch break: 12:00 - 12:30 incl. lunch
Evening: 16:30 - 17:00
