The gymnastics & acrobatics course at Easter

• Floor gymnastics on state-of-the-art AirTracks
• Exercises on bars, high bar, rings, balance beam and more
• Flick flacks, somersaults, handstands & twists
• Strength and coordination exercises
• Suitable for beginners and advanced gymnasts

Participants are divided intoage groups from 06-10 years or 11-14 years.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of gymnastics and acrobatics, where impressive gymnastic elements with vertical or horizontal twists will capture your attention. If you are passionate about this art, then our gymnastics and acrobatics courses are just the thing for you!

We focus on the joy of children and young people! In our courses, we concentrate exclusively on learning gymnastic elements. Not only do we offer a lot of fun, we also combine various aspects of gymnastics in one course.

Our experienced trainers specialize in apparatus gymnastics and support you every step of the way. From learning the basics to challenging exercises on various gymnastics apparatus such as floor, balance beam, rings, vaulting table and parallel bars - we will teach you everything you need to know about the various gymnastics elements. We will also show you how to master acrobatic figures and choreographies alone or in a team on the apparatus.
