überLIEBEn are our stories.
Love is everywhere, in song lyrics, in movies, depicted in works of art, in books. Love is often written about, spoken about and discussed in a romantic context. überLIEBEn focuses on love and sets itself the task of completing the picture. The poetry collection juxtaposes the various forms of love. A large number of poets are brought together to bring together the different perspectives on love. Because love is not just romantic, friendly and familial. Love is political, love is solidarity, love is poetic.

In his work, Tamer Düzyol moves between academic, political and poetic writing.
poetic writing. His works deal with topics such as migration, his family's longings, social and political developments as well as racism and discrimination in Germany. In 2021, his poem "Herzensanker" won a literary prize.

Taudy Pathmanathan is the daughter of Tamil migrants, a mother and an educationalist.
educational scientist. Her educational work focuses on topics such as racial criticism, empowerment, visibility and co-determination. The results of these discussions can be seen in the poetry collections HAYMATLOS, überLIEBEn and other publications.

Yasmin Taheri writes poems that want to question themselves, are broken and seek questions rather than answers. As the daughter of Afghan refugees, she was born and raised in Germany. She is also a co-founder of the Aelius Förderkreis for educational justice and is currently studying for a master's degree in English literature.
