Let us spoil you with our 4-course menu created especially for you and toast your love with our Love Potion No 1
You can dance to our wonderful jazz/pop live music or round off the evening with a delicious drink.
We are really looking forward to seeing you.
Our "Love" menu is also available as a vegan option.

1 course

Slices of pink roasted saddle of lamb in a macadamia - thyme crust

Marinated on seasonal plucked salads with fine pomegranate vinagrette and sweet potato crisp

Or

Slices of cold-smoked halibut on marinated winter postelein with trout caviar

And pumpernickel crunch

Or

Portobello mushrooms au gratin with quinoa filling on baby leaf marinated with tahini dressing and

chilli sprouts

2nd course

Foam soup of parsnip with caramelized Boskop

3 course

Sous vide cooked fillet of beef on cabernet jus with cabbage and turnips accompanied by truffled potato strudel

Poached skry on fine celery puree with glazed beetroot and champagne foam

Homemade pumpkin ravioli on herb foam and sautéed black salsify
