Sushi course vegan & organic

What you can expect:
After a welcome smoothie, we will start with the basics of traditional Japanese sushi making, such as how to prepare the rice through to all the classic basic shapes. Our vegan approach involves so much more than just omitting fish ... Our organic supplier "Biofrüchte Hahn" supplies us with the highest quality sun-ripened fruit, vegetables, herbs and pulses, which provide us with a basis for creative and rethought vegan sushi combinations. Depending on the season, we also use wild forest and meadow herbs. We recommend: bring your own food storage containers. As a rule, you will make more sushi than you can eat on the evening of the course. All drinks are included during the course.
