VERNISSAGE: DIE FARBEN MEINER WELT

In the organizer's words:

For Isabella, life is a permanent journey, both as a change of location and into herself. She sees with the eye of a painter and translates this into her paintings. In a complicated process, she transforms chalk sketches into oil paintings. Numerous layers of paint transform the figurative motif largely into abstraction. The viewer experiences a firework of colors of unusual luminosity. Her husband Rudy, guitarist since 1967, accompanies self-created slide shows at the vernissages/finissages with his own compositions in chill-out style.
