Visionboard Workshop

In the organizer's words:

Dreaming, crafting, drinking tea and making plans for the new year

when, if not during the gray season, is the perfect time for this? Join in and create your own vision board for 2025! Use it to visually record all your plans and dreams for the new year. This way, you'll always have them in front of you, because our brain thinks visually - so images have a big impact on us.

Goals:

• Recognize your own goals and their timing and feasibility
• Find out which issues are pending and work on them
• Make course corrections based on your own wishes and needs
• Clarity and motivation for the new year

Our world longs for compassion and kindness.

In this creative vision board workshop, we will address the questions:

Where do I stand? What do I need? Where do I want to go?

We answer these questions intuitively and creatively through creative action.
In doing so, we try to connect the mind with the feeling, because we come up with the best ideas
when head and heart go hand in hand. Contact is made with yourself and you feel what is
what is really important and what matters to you.

With the help of art therapy methods, we approach the questions step by step,
structure them and record them creatively. There are no limits to your imagination
painted, collaged, stamped or written - you design your vision board exactly as you like it.

Discussions, exchanges and inspiration accompany the process. No previous artistic knowledge is required, just a desire to try things out and a willingness to reflect.

The workshop includes water and tea.
