When the door to the classroom closes, the dissonance of different wishes, demands, requirements, ideas and appeals from all the parents, principals, janitors, tutors, politicians, the ISB, the secretariat, the ministry and many more falls silent. Peace at last, lessons begin - and dissonance becomes harmony. So much for one of the common clichés about the teaching profession. In our new program "Round Table", we will once again take up the cudgels for us teachers and show that this obscures the true nature of things: because if we want to make a difference for the children, we can only do so together, only if all parts of the school family pull together, sit around one table and appreciate, respect and inspire each other! Witty, lively, eloquent as usual and with an open mind, the five teachers dedicate their fifth program to the stereotypes of the individual members of the large school family who all sit around the table with them.
