Expect an evening of great music, unique sounds, and a vibe that reflects our label's vision and creative freedom. Join our very first Way Of Sound - Label Night and enjoy an amazing lineup of alternative pop and indie artists. WAY OF SOUND is a young, colorful record label that we've created to build a support network for extraordinary artists that need to be heard and seen. Our opening night is about showcasing our talent and celebrating our way of sound with live music performances and visuals by Soda Frizzante, JEWLS, Ves + CRAYE and Louie Chur. Since we also love to dance, the night will be supported by DJ sets from the amazing no:elia, paaradoxx and Loush. We can't wait to see you on November 8th!

SODA FRIZZANTE

The Cologne-based band delivers a funky, groovy, and sexy sound! Expect groove-driven music with warm sonic textures, funky basslines, and the delicate, intimate vocals of the band's singer, Louis. The lyrics raise questions about responsibility of society, but they also encourage us to break free from normative expectations and constraints. It is the intimacy of real-life experiences and a metaphorical emotionality, with which listeners can identify. Hope is created in the process and at the same time encourages them to question themselves critically. It is music in which body and mind are equally drawn in.

JEWLS

JEWLS is characterized by a captivating mix of art-pop indie and post-punk. Since the release of her debut album "There Is No Sunset" in October 2023, JEWLS has been attracting increasing attention as a promising artist in the German music scene. On February 7, 2025, their new EP "We've Invented Speed" will be released, continuing their journey through chaos and clarity. The EP combines powerful rhythms with introspective lyrics and showcases her ability to transform intense emotions into captivating melodies.

Ves + CRAYE

CRAYE is a studio project by producer Silvan Radeloff and alt-pop singer Ves Craye. Since their foundation in 2016, the duo is constantly seeking and developing new approaches to their home genre, sourcing inspiration from classic to freak folk, mixing sounds from country and alternative RnB. In summer 2023, CRAYE released their first LP "A Wild Guess", a fulminant concept album containing 16 delicate and melancholic alternative folk songs. This will be the first live concert of the duo where they will perform songs from the album as well as from Ves Craye's solo project. Get ready for an intimate encounter with the roots of their songwriting: guitar, synths, vocals.

LOUIE CHUR

It was the search for his own sound and the creative collaboration with other artists that prompted singer and guitarist Louis to launch his solo project in 2023. It has opened up a new direction for the Soda Frizzante lead singer towards a downtempo, neo soul and alternative RnB-oriented sound that will shape his upcoming EP. Louis will play some of his unreleased material with a band of talented musicians and collaborators.
