Weltkindertag: Kostenfreie Vorführungen des Präventionstheaterstücks "Kinderrechte, Superkräfte!"

On the occasion of World Children's Day , free performances of the Zartbitter children's play Kinderrechte Superkräfte - for girls and boys of primary school age

The very cheerful and humorous Zartbitter prevention play "Kinderrechte Superkräfte" (Children's Rights Superpowers) not only inspires children (aged 6 and over), but also adults. It was nominated for the Cologne Children's and Theater Prize and is touring nationwide with great success.

Children become experts on children's rights

The play invites the young audienceon a journey to foreign planets and distant worlds. The agentsElli and Alfonso accompany the children to the planet Fühlofein, where the mysterious Kiwi has stolen the feel-good light. The "investigation" leads the two agents to a shadow planet where stone creatures live and several large shadow children tease and laugh at a small child. A giant rock eater helps the child, who feels encouraged and bravely defends his own interests.

The two also end up on earth. At a vacation camp, a girl is sexually harassed by a teenager. In another scene, a child's right to their own image is violated.... In all cases, help turns up unexpectedly. Slowly, the two suspect that Kiwi and the feel-good light have something to do with it. Perhaps Kiwi is not a thief after all, but a light figure who stands up for children's rights?

The Zartbitter children's rights songs particularly inspire the theater audience, who receive a song booklet as a giveaway and often ask for an encore. The songs "Children have rights" were sung by children from the Cologne Cathedral Choir. They were posted at www.zartbitter.de and on all popular streaming platforms

After the performance, there will be a post-performance discussion between the actors and the audience.
