In an interdisciplinary, multilingual performance that transcends the boundaries between literature and dance, "Wie Antwortest Du auf Angst?" invites the audience to a powerful dialog of movement and words. Writer and dancer meet on stage; one body throws words, another responds with movement. This improvised performance explores themes of empathy, protest, (feminist) anger, tenderness, kindness and all the emotions that rise up in us when we experience fear.
The event questions how we confront political and private conflicts. Which form of expression comes most naturally to us? Which is more effective? Which one interrupts a conversation or makes it impossible? How can we approach an argument with tenderness? These questions are at the heartbeat of our times, in public discourse we insist on participation and democracy - in private we try to come to terms with the wars of our world.

Lara Wüster (writer): Founder and director of turtle magazin(e), Lara's work is at the intersection of literature and academic philosophy. She teaches creative writing and is currently working on her debut novel "Lemongrass".
Éleonore Bovet (dancer): A Swiss dancer and choreographer based in Munich, Éleonore brings a wealth of experience from international festivals and her training at the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance.
