The high-rise building on the edge of the forest is known for its carefully selected community and is a safe place of longing. But when a dog disappears and her daughter refuses to leave the bathroom, security officer Anna finds herself competing against the increasingly absurd fear that is spreading among the residents. The supposed utopia with a view of the forest gradually comes apart at the seams.

Director Natalia Sinelnikova proves to be a new voice in cinema who has something to say from her own experience on the topics of belonging, the struggle for truth and the power of fear. In her quotation-rich film, the architecturally impressive high-rise building becomes its own character and microcosm of a fragile society. Between satire and thriller, the great ensemble of well-known actors also performs precisely and impressively.
