In the organizer's words:

A serious science fiction comedy by Sibylle Berg - 14+

"Wonderland Avenue": a place - somewhere between prison, wellness hotel and leisure facility - in a near, unspecified future. The machines have taken over. Now the remaining humans are being housed here. The former "human capital" that has been separated out in this way has become worthless to the omnipresent and irony-laden AI. The former crown of creation now has its life meticulously prescribed, fully supervised and automatically monitored. Whether calorie count or sleep duration, everything is regulated in Wonderland Ave. People can only prove themselves in meaningless competitions with each other - with the losers facing evacuation and an uncertain future.

With "Wonderland Ave.", Sibylle Berg tells a cheerful, melancholy swan song to the world of life and work as we know it and the dangers of unleashed AI. But she can also reassure us: the earth will continue to turn without our species and perhaps even breathe a sigh of relief while the devices blink merrily.
