Here you will learn what fermentation is, how it works, what equipment you need and what types of fermentation there are. We will also make 3 of our own wild ferments together, which you can of course take home with you.
We ferment vegetables in their own juice, in brine and honey.
*Only wild ferments are produced in this workshop, which do not require starter cultures and can therefore be easily made at home

Costs on a solidarity basis: 25-50€
You are welcome to bring your own jars to the workshop if you have them (maximum filling volume 0.75 liters)
