Also known as fascia yoga, it is a calm, more passive type of yoga in which the asanas (postures) are held for around 3-5 minutes. While all unnecessary muscles are released during the exercises, there is an opportunity to let go physically, mentally and emotionally. The exercises lead to a flexible body and reduce pain.
No previous experience is necessary. Asanas are supplemented with fascia rolls and aids.
