Together we will flow through a meditation, a yoga flow with soundbath and a creative part where you can design your own vision board.

The yoga flow will connect you with your emotions and creativity. Accompanied by Aleksandra from Moonlala through a unique sound bath with different singing bowls.

For your annual reflection, we will introduce you to intuitive painting and explore the Fine & One Line technique with pencils. You can then create your own personal vision board on individual cardboard using various materials (magazines, sayings, notes, stickers, glitter). This will create your very own work of art from your year 2024, which you can take home with you afterwards as a souvenir. You are also welcome to bring a few personal photos with you if you would like to include them on your vision board.

Feel the power of new beginnings at the start of the year and set your intentions for 2025. All materials are included. No prior knowledge is required to participate.

What is included?

• A3 cardboard, pens, glue, paints, magazines, use of yoga mats, yoga accessories

Note: The picture of the vision board in the booking serves as an example. As we paint with different pens and glue with different materials, it is best not to wear your latest clothes. Food and drinks are not included in the price. Feel free to bring your own drink.
