"What you feel is important and you're not alone in it" is what the songs by Sprachmemo make you understand.

A summer hit was written for a sunny picnic by the lake with paprika and hummus, which tasted so good that the German pop project "Sprachmemo" was founded.

In their songs, the Düsseldorf duo tell unadulterated stories about the relief of throwing away your ex-toothbrush, the heartbreak of getting stuck in your nose and ears and how best to remove them.

Played casually with healthy kitsch and great drama, pianist and music producer Quang Thai Nguyen and singer and lyricist Anna Hummen take their listeners on a journey through knotted emotional worlds while keeping their feet on the ground. With role models such as Paula Hartmann, Nina Chuba and Wir sind Helden, everything from soul and hip-hop to guitar-heavy indie pop and house beats is taken along for the ride.
