An evening to get to know each other, exchange ideas and share.
Here we go again! 🤗 We used the summer break to make new plans for and with you. The result is :"OUR SPACE". "What do we need?" & "What do we want? To occupy a space around us." We want to discuss these and other questions with you in order to create workshops and evenings with diverse program content and moments of connection together. For this evening of cir.culation, bring Our Space with you: @aylin.ogus With an empowering embodiment session & readings by @lilija_leanidowna and @esravagantt who will touch us with her texts from her column. We are very much looking forward to this round of connectedness and especially to you 🩷 And as always, our bulging stroller, hiding old and new treasures of feminist literature, for you to borrow!!!! "What does it mean to take up space with the whole body? What happens when we allow ourselves to move freely? What resistances want to keep us from doing so and how can we become completely soft towards ourselves?
We will explore all of this together in "Embody Bass - Taking up space", the workshop for empowerment and self-expression.
With input on the topic of shame and the nervous system, light embodiment exercises and an exuberant dance and shakeout session to a live DJ set with lots of bass music!
All fears and doubts can be brought along, you decide the pace and there is no claim to find a "solution" for all problems - but a non-judgmental space to encounter everything that is there - perhaps also with a little fun and lightness.
Come in comfortable clothes that give you enough support to shake. All you need is a little openness and curiosity."
