Old and young look into each other's eyes and discover in each other the anger that goes deeper than rage. Anger that is ignited by injustice and demands change. At any price. "No Future" was the day before yesterday, since yesterday the youth has been taking to the streets for "Fridays for Future", and today the "Last Generation" is stuck right there. "Our anger is your anger!" they shout, because their future is at stake. The older generation is outraged; after all, they worked hard for the prosperity that everyone now enjoys - didn't they? Where does the anger come from? What injustice upsets both of them? Two conflicting states of exception define our time: rage and resignation. In attack or defense mode, we uninhibitedly show the world the middle finger. Anger is an ambivalent emotion. Catalyst for a new beginning on the one hand, destructive on the other. As easily inflammable as difficult to dose.

Together with old and young people, director Uta Plate discovers what holy anger can move and when it becomes a mortal sin. The ensemble re-enacts conflicts from ancient and modern dramas, from the wrath of Achilles in Homer's "Iliad" to the terror in Elfriede Jelinek's "Anger". Always with their own questions in mind: What enrages one generation against another? Where to put the justified anger at conditions that are an imposition? What leads to revenge and rebellion? And what comes after that?
