Berlinale Talents is the talent development programme of the Berlinale, which explores the how and why of filmmaking. Since its start in 2003, it has grown to become a one-of-a-kind forum for film professionals and cinema lovers alike, featuring public talks, discipline-specific workshops, project development Labs and networking events. Welcoming 200 talents from over sixty countries, Berlinale Talents' focus is on creative people and how they see the world through a different lens, connecting emerging filmmakers, internationally acclaimed film creatives and our public audiences and encouraging exchange about films, their values for our society and how they came into being.
