The Blue Adriatic is located south-east of Ludwigshafen, around 2 km west of the Palatinate municipality of Altrip. This local recreation area comprises an ensemble of quarry ponds that were created by widening a partially silted-up Old Rhine loop. You can enjoy various water sports activities on the approximately 20 hectares of water. The extensive beach invites you to relax and play. A short-term campsite also offers the opportunity to enjoy a barbecue at the fire pits.
