Eichbaumsee is located in the south-east of Hamburg, nestled in the beautiful marshland. It is easy to reach by car or public transport. From Hamburg Central Station, it is only a 20-minute ride on the S-Bahn to Mittlerer Landweg station, from where it is a 35-minute walk to the lake. Alternatively, you can take bus 321 in the direction of Nettelnburg to the Eichbaumsee stop, from where it is about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the lake for car drivers.

In addition to swimming, the Eichbaumsee offers numerous other leisure activities. The surrounding meadows and forests are ideal for long walks and bike rides. A well-developed network of hiking trails leads you through the idyllic landscape and offers wonderful views of the lake time and again.
