Ice cream as it should be!

After a relaxing walk in the Aplerbecker Mark or a round on the mountain bike THE ice cream par excellence is waiting for you. What could be better than rewarding yourself with an ice cream? And here, every scoop is a delight, because Heidi pays attention to quality, and for the best lemon sorbet ever, she squeezes the 40 or so lemons she needs for one chute of ice cream herself. She learned her craft when she worked as a patissière in Munich's renowned houses and discovered her love for creamy temptation. You can actually find this love in her super delicious creations. Cranberry-Hemp, Fresh Mint, Popcorn Cookie, but also classics like Vanilla or Strawberry melt in your mouth. The ice cream menu always changes according to Heidi's taste and the seasonal products she uses: Elderflower, peach, plum, pumpkin.... She does not put any emulsifiers in her ice cream cones, and she is fully committed to her manufactory, which is why she likes to be watched over her shoulder while she works.

And if you enjoy vegan, you'll kiss Heidi's feet as well, because her chocolate sorbet is the absolute hit!
