Emde Gallery

The Emde Gallery, founded in 2020 by Dr. Annette Emde (photographer and art historian), is a gallery for contemporary art. Significant artistic positions from Germany and abroad are shown in regular solo and group exhibitions. The artists presented work in different media and deal with current art discourses and important contemporary issues in their works.

The Emde Gallery is located in Mainz, not far from Frankfurt am Main. The gallery maintains a diverse exhibition program with solo and group exhibitions of the gallery artists as well as special projects. The exhibition institution for international contemporary art - the Kunsthalle Mainz - is located in the immediate vicinity.
