Cologne water is known far beyond the city limits. But what exactly is this eau de cologne all about? And why is the fragrance museum called Farina? We'll only reveal this much for now: the Italian perfumer Farina created a fragrance in his new home city of Cologne that first conquered the courts of Europe and then the world. The Emperor in Vienna, the kings of Prussia, the King of France, Napoleon, Goethe, Queen Victoria and Sissi all loved the fragrance. More specialist knowledge can be found in the Farina Fragrance Museum.

In the Farina fragrance studio, you can create your own individual fragrance based on the classic eau de cologne under guidance. Here, tradition meets modern self-creation.
