Guests can enjoy the fine wines on 120 square meters. The interior concept reduces the existing materials to their simple existence, unobtrusive, rational and yet highly emotionalizing. The plaster-free walls show the foundation walls, here and there relics of the 300-year-old past flash through and there are paintings by Florentin Ewest on the ceilings. Listed floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the terrace and warm lighting installations are a delight to the senses. There's no doubt about it, here the eye likes to drink too!
