In 2002, the Haus der Geschichte Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart was opened as Germany's first political and historical state museum. It is part of the architecturally sophisticated ensemble of museum and university buildings on Stuttgart's cultural mile, designed by James Stirling and Michael Wilford. The museum presents the history and numerous facets of the country in a fascinating exhibition architecture. The Haus der Geschichte team has been successfully designing exhibitions in all parts of the southwest and initiating numerous historical projects since 1992.
