The Tonne jazz club ("Die Tonne" for short) is one of the most renowned jazz clubs in Germany. Every year, well over 100 live concerts take place here with musicians from all over the world - from highly talented young artists to national and international stars from jazz, soul, funk, world music and the singer-songwriter scene. What jazz purists may complain about is the program here: the exploration of what is artistically possible in the entire spectrum of jazz - including diverse artistic border crossings to rock, pop, electronic music, etc.
