The ice cream. Just like in the old days. Naturally.

Our ice cream is homemade, of course. We only use the best raw materials and you can taste it: 16 daily changing flavors and many delicious sundaes are ready for you to try and enjoy.

Whether in Flingern, Derendorf, Oberkassel or on Immermannstraße: Nordmanns ice cream is available everywhere! Take a look, we look forward to your visit.

The production

Naturally according to the Nordmanns principle.

Our ice cream is homemade and we only use the best raw materials.

Colorants, artificial flavors, emulsifiers, mono- and diglycerides, citric acid, carageenan and all the other consistencies from cans, bags and powders are banned here.

That's why our pistachio ice cream, for example, is brown and not green. We use 100% pure pistachio without flavorings or colorings.

And our vanilla ice cream is not really yellow, as this is usually an indication that coloring has been added. Our sorbets are fat-free, i.e. lactose-free and suitable for vegans.
