The artist has been working in her own studio since November 2019, initially in Stuttgart Gablenberg and now just a short walk from Marienplatz.

Clay has played a central role since childhood, and her fascination with the material has never waned since her first experience at the Drehscheibe in 2013.

Her works operate at the intersection of art and design. With a background as a product designer, she has designed consumer goods that are social mirror images. Today, she incorporates this experience into her artistic work by creating prototypes that form the starting point for her free creations.

She is passionate about giving courses and workshops where she meets people from a wide range of backgrounds and develops her skills through exchange. Always with the aim of refining her teaching skills, she conveys complex movement sequences and techniques in an understandable and comprehensible way.

In addition to hand-building techniques, she specializes in East Asian turning techniques, inspired by the old masters of Korea and Japan. Through fortunate circumstances, she had the privilege of learning personally from a master in this field, Jong-Hyun Park.
