Weser Yacht Club

The Weser Yacht Club Bremerhaven e.V. was founded in 1906 as the WYC Unterweser department. In 1948, the various departments became independent clubs.

The WYC Bremerhaven flag is a red pennant with a white border and a white druid's foot in a red field. Our stander differs from that of the Weser Yacht Club Bremen only by a wider white luff.

After several relocations, the WYC now has its domicile in the main canal, in the heart of Bremerhaven-Geestemünde. At present, 180 sailing yachts are moored here.
