Der Super Markt has been curating events in cooperation with museums, festivals and companies since 2008.

"Der Super Markt", that's Lena Schröder (Kleiderei) and Anna Mancarella (art historian M.A. and DJ Anja Base).

As designers, we longed for an alternative Christmas market without kitsch and plastic nonsense in 2008. That's how the sustainable Super Christmas Market came about and it's been an integral part of Cologne ever since.

Over the years, we have been able to realize successful event series with many partners such as the c/o pop Festival, le bloc Festival, Kleiderkreisel, MAKK-Musem für Angewandte Kunst Köln, Bundekunsthalle Bonn, Kunstpalast Düsseldorf and many more.
