frame.D stands for street photography from Düsseldorf. The city on the Rhine forms the framework for non-posed images that show the absurd in everyday life and the magic of chance. Kö, carnival and the old town appear in them, but are not the focus. It's more about showing our interpretation of life in Düsseldorf in its diversity and beyond the clichés. As a collective, we have come together to draw from a larger pool. In the spirit of "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts." We aim to create tension, resonance, and moments of recognition between the images of different artists - evoking curiosity, surprise, or simply a smirk in viewers.
