The IDG Hub Cologne/Bonn - Who we are

We are the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Hub Cologne/Bonn - an open community of people interested in personal development and social change.

We believe that a sustainable future is not only created through new solutions on the outside - but also through the development of our inner abilities. And: Through inner development, we can achieve better solutions on the outside together. That is why we create different spaces in which people come together, connect and learn together how we can consciously shape change (within ourselves) . About the IDG Cologne & Bonn Area and what we do

Like the framework, the idea of the IDG hubs is free & open source as well as self-managed. We in the Cologne/Bonn area are a community hub.

We organize regular meetings, workshops and open formats in which we make the Inner Development Goals tangible.

It's not just about understanding, but about experiencing, trying out and applying.

Our meetings are

• open to everyone - with or without prior knowledge
• characterized by exchange at eye level
• a mixture of practice, mini-workshops, reflection and encounters

What we are about

We want to empower people who want to make a difference - in their own lives, in their projects and in our society.

We deal with questions such as:

• How do we remain capable of acting in a complex world?
• How do we build real connection and trust?
• How do local actors (ECG, associations, initiatives and people in the region) become multipliers?
• How do we reshape cooperation and community?
