Hi :) I am Mila.
Cakes are my absolute passion.

I did my apprenticeship in 2015 in a starred restaurant and completed my master's degree in Cologne in 2019. Since 2020 I have my own bakery and supply numerous locations around Cologne/Bonn.

As my cakes should not only look good, but above all taste really good, I have specialized in making mousse cakes. Thanks to the mousse fillings, our cakes are much lighter, fresher and more intense in taste and are also real eye-catchers.

My motto is to offer a purely artisanal preparation without ready-made mixtures. I only use selected, high-quality ingredients and, above all, no added flavors or additives.

In addition to cakes, I also offer lots of treats for sweettables or giveaways and produce a wide range of desserts and cakes.

In addition to my training and my master's degree, I have attended lots of workshops in various areas. Continuing my education and learning new things is so important and incredibly fun for me.

That's why I've decided to start offering workshops myself so that I can share my knowledge with you.
