In the page's words:

Do you remember what it was like as a child to spend the whole day outside with friends? The healthy tiredness in the evening and the anticipation of going out again, full of curiosity and confidence to discover new paths. It is this feeling that we bring to people and to the world of work through our work.

Witali and Kamil initiated Walkaboutyou at the beginning of 2019. They knew each other from the start-up scene and had already implemented several ideas separately. In recent years, it has become increasingly clear to them that it is important to know what the greater purpose is.

Clarity about this has emerged above all when they have taken a break from everyday life and come into a deeper connection with themselves, other people and nature. Witali hiked over 5300 km through Europe and Kamil discovered emotional intelligence, mindfulness and meditation for himself. From this combination, Walkaboutyou was born, inspired by the Walkabouts, the traditional hiking rituals of the Aborigines in Australia.

Since the beginning of human history, walking in nature as a group has been inextricably linked to our physical, mental and social development. Studies confirm the positive effects, e.g. on focus, collaboration, resilience and sustainable behavior. We use this superpower in combination with work, learning and development.

Specifically, we offer training programmes and organizational development in the context of sustainability, new work and leadership, with the team as the central lever for transformation.

We pay particular attention to individually planned formats for teams and companies. In recent months, we have noticed a great need to move away from the screen and back into nature - and towards mutual connection.

If you would like to find out more about what a customized walkabout can look like for you and your team, please get in touch.

Or come to one of our regular open outdoor formats, which you can register for here.

See you soon in the forest,

Witali, Kamil and the Walkaboutyou team
