If your experience of living in / near Heidelberg was a texture or a sound, what would it be?
Join an artistic research workshop exploring the intersection of our subjective experiences and the city spaces we inhabit. Through a series of guided sketching activities, we will step away from traditional geography to map the affective textures, invisible barriers and unknown spaces that shape our daily routines.
No prior experience in drawing or painting is necessary. Together, we will transform personal sensory responses into visual language, culminating in a shared, collaborative map of the Heidelberg area.

About the artist
The workshop is facilitated by Alina Strelkovskaia, the artist behind Deconstructed Tales. Drawing on a background in contemporary art and sociology, her practice examines how we navigate, perceive and construct meaning within urban environments. Her workshops offer an analytical yet deeply creative space to reflect on the systems, histories and cultural codes we encounter in daily life.
