So werden die prä-deutsche Kolonialzeit Kameruns und ihre emanzipatorischen Potentiale in unsere Gegenwart geholt. Der Film ist eine direkte Konfrontation mit der Geschichtsschreibung und den Praktiken des globalen Nordens. Eine Öffnung von Räumen an der Schnittstelle von Dokumentarischem und Imaginärem.

What is it like to be a Black actress? What role is there for her in German theatre? What happens to the appropriation of cultural heritage, such as the statue of Queen Ngonnso? The film is a direct confrontation with the histori- ography and practices of the global North. An opening of spaces at the interface of the documentary and the imaginary.
