GRAY is a project by Cologne-based electronic music producer and designer Stefanie Grawe, who works at the intersection of design, music and technology. She produces melancholic electronica and uses somber melodic pads and broken drum rhythms to create atmospheric soundscapes that trigger or engage a sensory experience beyond pure music. Her Debut EP »Dialogue Systems« is available since February 2022. For her first single »Fractal« a remix collaboration between GRAY and unique electronic music producer Jerrilynn Patton, better known as Jlin, came to light as well as a collaboration with producer, drummer and synth enthusiast Frieder Vogel for her EP title track. GRAY produced songs and remixes in collaboration with the Monika Enterprise and Kompakt Records label, she is active in the “female:pressure“ network and played at festivals like Timcheh Electronic Music Festival, c/o Pop festival, Cologne Music Week, KI Biennale, Not Human Art Week and was also the opening act for the band Battles.

Since then, GRAY has expanded her musical and visual repertoire and will perform her new audiovisual live set for the first time on May 28 at the Turistarama cinema in Cologne.

Luis Reich is the alias of Cologne-based jazz musician and music producer Luis Weiß who releases artful ambient music and performs live with flugelhorn, synthesizer, tapes and effects - solo, as well as with the formation Reich & Würden (Popambient/Kompakt). In addition to his focus on projects for church spaces as well as commissioned compositions and live projects, he spends a lot of time working in the studio. He has been releasing experimental church music, jazz and electronic music on his label Acoustic Motion Concepts since 2013. He curated the concert series “Krypta Konzerte” and the “Ambient Sessions” for the Church of St. John XXIII in Cologne Sülz.
