Unsere Veranstaltung richtet sich an alle, die mehr über Trends und Innovationen im modernen Personalmanagement und im Employer Branding erfahren möchten. Dabei schauen wir uns unter anderem an, wie die Einstellung internationaler Fachkräfte erleichtert werden kann und wie neue Technologien und Tools wie künstliche Intelligenz dabei zum Einsatz kommen können.

Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer aus der Startup-Szene in Düsseldorf sowie Expertinnen und Experten für KI werden in ihren Keynotes tiefgehende Einblicke in die verschiedenen Themen geben, praktische Beispiele aus der Praxis anführen und die Möglichkeiten und Chancen des Arbeitsmarktes in Deutschland und international diskutieren.

Die Veranstaltung zielt darauf ab, die wesentlichen und unverzichtbaren Themen der Einstellung und des Personalmanagements in Startups und jungen Unternehmen zusammenzufassen. Our event is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about trends and innovations in modern HR management and employer branding. The event aims to summarize the essential and indispensable topics of recruitment and HR management in startups and young companies.
