The exotic-local restaurant Mikrokosmos Berlin will host a very special musical event for Fête de la Musique!
A live performance with keyboards, computers, and rare sounds sampled by Mattam will accompany the tasting of Mikrokosmos' experimental dishes.
MATTAM blends electronic technology with bird whistling sounds, creating rich and dynamic rhythms that aim to drive the audience to connect with nature and the cosmic energy we are all made of. MATTAM began his music journey as pianist and cellist at a very young age, developing during the following years a deep connection with analog technologies and recycled electronic devices.
MIKROKOSMOS is a sustainable gastronomy concept that blends Peruvian cuisine and local ingredients in a very creative way. From vegan ceviche, homemade ferments, to fried insects. Surprisingly delicious. Taste explosion guaranteed.
