Using the plastic collected we will take you through the full recycling system to end up with a custom TNF whistle and carabiner to use for your next exploration.

Our workshops are a full insight into plastic recycling. Everyone gets hands-on. We start with some theory and organising the plastic that has been collected it is then cleaned and processed by type and colour.

After that, we shred the waste into small pieces for use in our injection mould machine which heats the plastic to be forced into our mould, and then we finish the whistle and carabiner by tidying up the edges and polishing it.

We are collectively turning single-use plastic into multi-use.

Mit dem gesammelten Plastik führen wir Sie durch das komplette Recyclingsystem, um am Ende eine maßgeschneiderte TNF-Pfeife und einen Karabiner zu erhalten, die Sie für Ihre nächste Erkundung verwenden können.

Unsere Workshops bieten einen umfassenden Einblick in das Kunststoffrecycling. Jeder kommt zum Anfassen. Wir beginnen mit etwas Theorie und ordnen das gesammelte Plastik, reinigen es und verarbeiten es nach Art und Farbe.

Danach zerkleinern wir den Abfall in kleine Stücke, um ihn in unserer Spritzgussmaschine zu verwenden, die den Kunststoff erhitzt, um ihn in unsere Form zu drücken. Anschließend stellen wir die Pfeife und den Karabiner fertig, indem wir die Kanten aufräumen und polieren.
Gemeinsam verwandeln wir Einwegplastik in Mehrzweckkunststoff.
