Are you looking for a place where you can just be yourself? Without masks, without pressure, but with plenty of honest connection?

Every Thursday from 19:00 to 20:30, we open the doors at Social Studio for Safe Space & Soft Drinks. Hosted and moderated by certified IHK Business Coach Theresa, we create a protected space for mutual empowerment, self-help, and authentic stories. Together, we dive into your topics around identity, relationships, everyday life, friendships, motherhood, and whatever is on your mind.

The format rotates every week:

• FLINTA Edition (in German):* A safe space exclusively for FLINTA* individuals.

• International Edition (in English): Open to everyone, held entirely in English.

Come as you are, grab a seat, share your thoughts, or just listen in.

• When: Every Thursday, 19:00 – 20:30 (7 PM – 8:30 PM)

• Who: Depending on the week (FLINTA* / Everyone in ENG)

• Investment: €5 (includes a cold drink)
