Once housing underground artists during the pandemic, the garden courtyard of Die Fabrik will be transformed into a curated art market featuring independent creatives on June 25th. AVANT GARDEN aims to cultivate an alternate meeting point for those within the creative community, and juxtapose existing queer markets by curating a market for those drawn to the dark, repurposed, obscure and avant garde. 

Spanning several disciplines; there will be a culmination of prints, jewelry, sex toys, magazines, candles, press on nails, crochet, upcycled clothing and sculptures to purchase by several queer artists. Alongside vendors, there will be a full lineup spanning the entirety of the event of musicians, djs, spoken word, drag and performance art. If you are hungry, a stand for homemade, vegan Tacos and a bar with drinks will be on on site!

Der Garten im Hinterhof des Hotels Die Fabrik, das  während der Corona-Pandemie Underground-Künstlern  ein Zuhause bot, wird am 25. Juni Schauplatz des kuratierten Kunstmarkts AVANT GARDEN für unabhängige und junge Kreative. Besonders denjenigen in der queeren, kreativen Community, die sich zum Obskuren, Düsteren und Ungewöhnlichen hingezogen fühlen, soll damit eine Plattform geboten werden.

Kunstschaffende aus verschiedensten Disziplinen bieten Drucke, Schmuck, Sex Toys, Magazine, designte Fingernägel, gehäkelte Kleidungsstücke, Upcycling- Mode, Kerzen und Klebetatoos zum Verkauf an. Das Marktgeschehen auf dem Event wird mit einem Line-Up von Live-Musik, DJ-Sets, Spoken-Word-, Drag-, und anderen Performances begleitet. Hungrige Gäste dürfen sich auf hausgemachte, vegane Tacos freuen und auch für kalte Getränke ist mit einer Bar in der Location gesorgt!
