Cologne today is city full of culture, music, drinking and happiness where everyone is welcome. But it hasn’t always been that way. The Dark Side of the Dom tour is a look through the darker side of Cologne’s History focusing on our Medieval past with a few jumps to some of our more recent history. One of our more historic tours, we’ll focus on the stories and legends from the Dark Ages in Cologne. During the evening, we’ll head through our center city from our meeting place next to the Friedrich Wilhelm III Statue in Heumarkt. Be prepared for witches, ghosts, murderers and just the pure misery of living in Medieval Times. The only tour of its kind in English!
The tour operates with the free tour concept (you pay what you would like at the end of the tour)! Please book in advance!
Time: 7 p.m.
Meeting point: in front of the Equestrian Statue in Heumarkt
The tour ends at Heumarkt.
