Summer of Culture 2021: Bayern Spielt!

The Munich Kammerspiele will kick things off with a 60-minute urban performance"What is the city but the people?" on the temporary open-air stage. (June 29). The following day, the classical orchestra of the Munich Symphony Orchestra will meet the Upper Bavarian combo Dreiviertelblut, whose sound will merge and reassemble. Afterwards (July 1), the first play can be seen: "The Three Musketeers" by the Residenztheater. An anarchistic play about three musketeers who are actually four. On July 2 and 3, there will be rap and hip-hop for your ears with Fatoni & Edgar Wasser and Ahzumjot, Dexter, the Crux Pistols, Lugatti & 9ine . Finally, you can enjoy open-air theater again with a classic Bavarian play by the Munich Volkstheater. "Brandner Kaspar und das ewig' Leben" will be performed twice on Königsplatz.
