JazzAmen presents: A Family Affair
Ella & Kjell feat. Ingolf Burkhardt

The JazzAmen series features Ella (Burkhardt) & Kjell (Kitzing), both of whom have already won jazz awards despite their young age. The successful duo is now joined by trumpeter Ingolf Burkhardt, Ella's father, known to many as one of the main soloists in the NDR Big Band and a permanent fixture on the European jazz and trumpet scene.

Together they conjure up an intimate sound on the stage of the Kulturkirche Altona with songs from Gershwin to Joni Mitchell and Johnny Cash to Bob Dylan as well as their own compositions, leaving room to dream and pause.
