WHAT IS AERIAL YOGA?
Aerial yoga is a very special experience. Floating weightlessly and wrapped in the cloth, it feels safe and liberating at the same time. In addition, the yoga exercises in the sling are an effective and powerful workout for the whole body and have a wonderful effect on body and mind.

AERIAL YOGA EFFECT
Floating in the cloth and the rocking movements can create a feeling of freedom. Our participants report time and again that they feel safe and carried by the cloth and enjoy the weightless lightness. What's more, aerial yoga can improve flexibility and alleviate physical complaints such as back pain. Aerial yoga is also an effective fascia workout.
DIFFERENT AERIAL YOGA STYLES
AERIAL BASICS DYNAMIC FLOW FOR NEW AND EXPERIENCED BEGINNERS
You can develop strength and flexibility as well as build self-confidence and courage in a playful and floating way. Aerial yoga is also an effective fascia workout for your back and hips and an invitation to a relaxed lightness and joie de vivre.
AERIAL YOGA - SLOW & GENTLE
- for all levels in the high cloth
For those who like it gentler, slower and less exciting.
In this sequence, you will experience gentle strengthening and soothing mobilization, as well as deep stretching and pure relaxation - floating in the cloth.
AERIAL YOGA stretch & relax (all levels)
AERIAL stretch & relax is suitable for all levels and is practiced in the deep cloth - the LOW HAMMOCK.
You can join in with or without AERIAL experience!
In this AERIAL stretch & relax flow you will experience soothing mobilization, deep stretching and pure relaxation.
Sometimes the upper body is on the ground and the pelvis and legs in the sling, sometimes vice versa. Held by the cloth, you can gently swing and relax in the positions.
Similar to our AERIAL YIN course, AERIAL YOGA in a low-slung sling has a very restorative effect.
Aerial yoga is also an effective fascia workout. Wherever the cloth causes pressure, the fasciae (and lymph) are massaged. For anyone with back and hip problems, this is a blessing and a very supportive practice for healing.
For a longer final relaxation, you can choose to lie down in the cloth or rest on the floor.
AERIAL YIN Relax & Restore (all levels)
AERIAL YIN relax & restore (for all levels - without previous experience) is YIN YOGA floating in a low-hanging cloth, also known as a "low hammock".
The cloth holds you and invites you to sink deeper into it. Depending on the position, the cloth allows you to gently swing your upper body, legs and pelvis, which gives you a very pleasant relaxation and mobilization.
In some positions, the sheet also provides an effective fascia massage wherever it exerts pressure on the tissue.
As you linger, you "bathe" in pleasant sounds. An invitation to pure relaxation and regeneration - for your body, mind and heart.
