The Tresor Foundation presents its upcoming installation, CLAIM FOR PEACE, featuring the evocative works of Parisian artist Kajika Aki. Displayed on the iconic Tresor MegaFence from December 19, 2024, to January 5, 2025, the artworks transform a 90-meter industrial structure into a dynamic canvas, embodying the spirit of "Kunst am Bau" (art on buildings) creating a dialogue between art, community, and urban renewal.

Located on Berlin's historically industrial Köpenicker Straße, the MegaFence is more than a display surface—it is a reclaimed space for artistic expression, bridging the past and future of the neighborhood. Currently facing a large construction site, the street's evolving landscape finds resonance in the works’ themes of destruction, renewal, and the transformative power of art. This initiative reflects Tresor’s commitment to revitalizing spaces and supporting public art as a vital element of urban culture.

The presentation, at which the artist Kajika Aki and Dimitri Hegemann, cultural creator, spatial researcher and founder of Tresor, will talk about the project, will take place on 19 December at 3 pm. It will be followed by an after party at OHM Club from 4 to 9pm. Entrance is open to public (both for the presentation and the after party) and free of charge.
