All Good Undones: Jeanny + Support: Lea Giovanna

The Viennese band Jeanny turns its innermost self outwards. Between indie, post-punk and hardcore, the five musicians process the personal to the most personal with an honesty that often feels like a cold shower. The fact that Jeanny'smusic never dissolves into aggression despite its uncompromising sound and ruthless lyrics is primarily due to their sensitive songwriting and Bernhard Schrenk 's trumpet, which forms a gentle counterpoint to the riff-heavy guitar playing and the spoken and screamed vocals of songwriter Pablo Scheuhammer.

Fabian Novakovics (bass), Christoph Kerschhackel (drums) and Daniel Mahkovec (synthesizer, guitar) are currently working together on their second album and are not afraid to go where it hurts.
